Morgan Developments’ apprentices work alongside our skilled and knowledgeable expert builders and tradesmen, learning onsite and assisting in the provision of the following services for our domestic homeowners in Lambeth, Haringey and the surrounding areas:
COntact UsFollowing all works carried out by our apprentices, builders, tradesmen and subcontractors, we will go through an in-depth snag list to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the work we’ve carried out. This is also a positive way to teach our new workers the importance of a professional finish to all aspects of a contract.
We take full responsibility for the hiring of plant and machinery where appropriate. Otherwise the products and materials required are provided by the reputable subcontractors we use in Lambeth, Haringey and the surrounding areas.
Upon completion of the relevant projects, our clients will be issued with a Professional Consultancy Certificate (PCC). This legal document states all construction works will have been carried out to the highest professional standards. It will then be reviewed and signed by one of our surveyors or architects.
Morgan Developments also offers our Lambeth- or Haringey-based clients an additional warranty for structural damage. Please contact us for further information.
