Morgan Developments is a not-for-profit social enterprise, building economic justice for marginalised communities in the UK. We are a London-based contractor, equipped to empower and upskill five hundred disenfranchised community members within three years.
Our vision is to encourage communities through employment and education, in a bid to build an economic ecosystem where these community members can gain social mobility and financial independence whilst benefitting from real social change.
We are a finishing specialist contractor which exists to directly increase supply chain diversity through the employment of local people within the communities in which we operate.
Our mission is to close the blue-collar skills gap within the construction industry by upskilling black talent, and maximising employment opportunities for disenfranchised businesses and sole traders.
Our company is focused on helping the massively underrepresented black talent break into the construction sector. We do this through training and apprenticeships which not only promote and encourage social change, but also address the construction industry skill shortage problem.
The mission outlined by Morgan Developments holds great social value as it provides financially sustainable solutions, and generates incomes to help meet the needs of underrepresented groups, specifically youths from disadvantaged communities. This is achieved by focusing on our core values and objectives which help rebuild and empower communities in innovative, opportunity-creating ways.
