Morgan Developments offers a range of domestic building services to private homeowners and developers throughout London, Essex and Hertfordshire. Our team celebrates over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry with a professionalism and focus that’s widely regarded and consistently requested.Through our work as a social enterprise, we promote the training and employment of those from disadvantaged backgrounds and ethnic minorities. This allows us to discover hidden talents, encourage social interactions, and provide a more positive future for those who feel marginalised by their current environments. For individuals who envisage a career within the construction industry, we offer apprenticeships and the chance to educate themselves to a standard which will allow future development and financial stability.Morgan Developments’ apprentices work alongside our skilled and knowledgeable expert builders and tradesmen, learning onsite and assisting in the provision of the following services for our domestic homeowners in Lambeth, Haringey and the surrounding areas.
Health and safety is a major priority to our team at Morgan Developments and we promote the wearing and continuous use of all appropriate clothing and equipment when operating onsite throughout Haringey, Lambeth and the surrounding areas.
All staff and apprentices carry the appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme cards (CSCS) and, where relevant, our subcontractors are Gas Safe and NICEIC approved.
We guarantee to have your commercial premises up to current building regulation standards in a predetermined timeframe which will have minimal impact on your business. As finishing specialists, we also offer an interior design service with advice on the best layout of your property in order to attract new business and maintain current workloads.
As advocates for the disenfranchised communities in London, and the black, Asian and ethnic minorities, Morgan Developments is focused on promoting financial stability and personal growth. To date we have achieved this through our apprenticeship programmes, training and development, and the encouragement of a BAME-focused supply chain which spreads across the capital from Haringey and Lambeth.
We provide high-quality building solutions whilst supporting communities and encouraging them to work together both domestically and commercially.
Sharing a common goal, these disadvantaged areas deserve to thrive, and it is our aim to see that happen through the support mechanisms we provide.
