As a social enterprise, Morgan Developments is focused on providing a communal and environmental impact throughout the disenfranchised areas we cover. We achieve this part of our business plan by reinvesting in education, training and development, and by the promotion and encouragement our team is renowned for within the construction industry. This is all realised through our company which specialises in domestic and commercial building services in Haringey, Lambeth and the surrounding areas throughout London.
It is our aim to build an economic ecosystem for marginalised communities within the UK. This will encourage smaller societies to work together, creating a supply chain of goods and services which will promote harmony, prosperity and positive interactions.
We offer the following services in order to help create this new ecosystem:
At present Morgan Developments is focusing on a three-year plan which will attract investment from all minority sectors and the construction industry as a whole. We also plan to increase our own productivity by growing our company through the full-time employment of managerial and administrative staff as well as our construction teams and apprentices.
This growth will lead to future partnership agreements and a continuous pipeline of construction services across the domestic and commercial sectors throughout London and nationwide.
We will also be recognised as a social enterprise which is apprentice focused and dedicated to upskilling and promoting talent within the construction industry.
At present we operate a 60% BAME supply chain and our long-term plan involves working towards a 100% target. Through our apprenticeships, training and development we are encouraged with our advancement and positive of this future achievement.
COntact UsWe are determined to tackle the significant skill shortages that are evident in the current construction industry. By providing in-depth training and development to our apprentices and clients who wish to upskill, we provide effective solutions.
Whilst assisting those who would not have the opportunity to complete second-level education, or experience third level at all, we also encourage commercial interactions between minority-owned SMEs and sole traders based in Haringey, Lambeth and across the capital.
At present between 50% and 80% of all Morgan Developments’ profits are reinvested in the company with the sole purpose of improving the future prospects of black, Asian and ethnic minority groups.
Socially and environmentally driven, we work with organisations, businesses and individuals to implement diversity and inclusion through existing frameworks. Not only does this promote financial stability for all relevant stakeholders, it develops interpersonal skills and positive mental health across the disadvantaged communities we represent.
As a construction company, Morgan Developments provides a complete range of domestic building services to private homeowners. We are also a reputable and highly regarded finishing specialist for property developers, contractors and the general commercial sector.
Breaking barriers and directing change is our main goal and we are focused on achieving this within a short timeframe. This is due to what we recognise as the urgent need for those living in disenfranchised communities to be offered the chance to improve their current situations and thrive personally, socially and financially.
