Morgan Developments is dedicated to discovering talent and skills throughout the communities in which we work, providing the opportunities for young people from these minority sectors to thrive in their environments and excel within the construction industry. We focus on pinpointing natural abilities, honing these skills and developing them further.

Focusing on the disenfranchised communities of London and the surrounding areas, our team at Morgan Developments aims to promote and encourage a 100% BAME-based supply chain within the next five years. Not only will this support business owners already working in the construction industry, it will develop those who wish to improve their current situations and help them to thrive personally, socially and financially going forward.
We recognise that not every individual is suited for a college education but, most importantly, the majority of our stakeholders will never have this opportunity. Morgan Developments understands this, taking those who favour an outdoor working environment or prefer a more hands-on approach to their work, and guiding them towards successful placements within the industry.
Apprenticeships provide the chance to learn onsite, working alongside those who can assist in the development of both manual and practical methods.
Whilst working to improve employability, apprentices are earning as they learn. This reduces unemployment benefits and provides a more positive outlook financially.
Operating within a working environment has significant advantages for those from disenfranchised areas whose mental health is affected by unemployment and lack of opportunities.
